Visitors leave their name, email and phone before chatting. You get a phone notification and an email alert, every chat is saved in your inbox, and you can reply or take over from the bot at any time. If the visitor has already left, your reply is emailed to them.
ChatBot Cloud data is stored on servers in Johannesburg, South Africa, with daily backups. The WordPress plugin keeps conversations in your own WordPress database. A consent checkbox is built into the chat, and you can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.
